We look forward to seeing all Club friends and colleagues for exceptional continuing medical education and exciting social activities as we celebrate 100 Years of the TCI!
Special 100-Year Celebration registration pricing is also being offered for our TCI Emeritus Members that would like to join longtime friends for our social activities (See Who’s Here and Dinner Dance) but will not be attending CME lectures. (Please see additional registration information for details.)
You definitely do not want to miss the See Who's Here welcome reception on Friday night as we highlight the evening with a very special TCI Centennial Documentary, created by award-winning film producer Robert Reese, and husband to TCI-Past President, Dr. Lucy Buencamino. The entertainment, and Club friendship, will highlight a memorable evening you will never forget!
The Saturday program will be a full day of clinical lectures, some of which will be presented by esteemed TCI members, including Dr. Robert Haley and Dr. Joseph Shelton, with other speakers to be highlighted from across the state. Sunday will feature a half-day of clinical lectures and will conclude around noon. The TCI fall meeting is approved for 8.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(TM).
In a special program to honor our 100-years, we are excited to announce the Spouses’ Hill Country Experience on Saturday - a full day of on-site activities for Club spouses and guests who are not attending the clinical lectures. This year’s program includes a special morning presentation on the Six Pillars of Health, as well as Luncheon Keynote Speaker Jill Conner Browne, national best selling author of the Sweet Potato Queens! (We highly encourage you to pick up a copy of the SPQ Book of Love prior to the meeting!) Wrap up the day with a Windflower Spa sugar scrub mix to indulge in continued relaxation when you get home. (The cost for the Spouse Social is a separate, additional fee. Please see the link below for additional details!)
Wrap up the 2024 Fall Meeting with Club friends on Saturday night for the infamous TCI Dinner Dance and dress to impress. This will be a special 100-Year Anniversary celebratory evening as the TCI commemorates this special organization, esteemed colleagues and memorable moments. (Cocktail attire encouraged, but not required! Please come regardless of your bling!)

TCI Discounted Hotel Room Cut-Off Date was Thursday, September 5. We have been informed that the Hyatt Hill Country is close to being completely SOLD OUT. If you are unable to reserve a room (because the hotel is full), please consider staying right next door at the Hilton San Antonio Hill Country, as it's also a beautiful property. Our room block filled completely, but we don't want to miss seeing you!

TCI is transitioning to online registration ONLY to reduce our meeting overhead expenses. If you need assistance with online registration, please contact Laura Weiss, TCI Executive Director, at [email protected]. Payments can still be made via check and you can select to be invoiced at the end of your online registration experience.
Non-member meeting attendees will be prompted to select “non-member” during the electronic registration process and may be asked to complete a new member profile.
Emeritus Members who would like to register for social activities ONLY and will not be attending the clinical lectures will select that option on the registration form. This registration option is PER PERSON. If you are an Emeritus Member bringing a spouse, please add your spouse as an additional guest for the Dinner Dance. No additional fee will be collected for the See Who’s Here.

REFUND POLICY
Refunds requested prior to September 1 must be submitted in writing to the TCI office. Requests can be submitted via mail or email, but must be received on or by Sept. 1. All refunds are subject to a $25 processing fee. No-shows and registrations cancelled during or after the meeting will not be refunded. Special circumstances will be taken into consideration.

Located at the picturesque and relaxing Hyatt Hill Country Resort, participants will walk to the designated meeting room to start the day with Club friends at 9am, hosted by this years’ member-spouse, Judy Johnson. Bring your breakfast and join us for coffee and fellowship as the past, present and future come together. Come for an update from TCI Executive Director Laura Weiss and get a hands-on review of the new website and unique member features. At 10am, help us welcome guest speaker Michelle Langley as she delves into the 6 Pillars of Health, including insights on health, happiness, love and more! But the program doesn’t stop there!
