The Texas Club of Internists (TCI) hosts two clinical meetings annually - one in the Spring, located in Texas, and another in the Fall, located outside of the state. In 2025, the TCI celebrates 101 years of collaboration, education, and friendship and invites you to celebrate with us as a valued partner and exhibitor.

The TCI 2025 Spring Clinical Meeting is a continuing education activity combined with social engagements and collaboration opportunities with medical colleagues from across the state. CME programs are designed to meet the educational needs of physicians and other healthcare professionals dedicated to the pursuit of cutting-edge medical knowledge and to the commitment of providing outstanding patient care.

The TCI is the nation’s only statewide society of internal medicine specialists dedicated to the scholarly pursuit of cutting-edge medical knowledge in a social atmosphere of lifetime friendships among physicians and their spouses. Physicians elected to TCI membership generally remain active throughout their practice years and into retirement, becoming Emeritus Members at age 70. Long-term members typically consider the intellectual stimulation and deep friendships from across Texas to be highlights of their careers.
